Merit searches the particularities of each vintage with a young and fresh expression. The red fruit of the syrah and merlot varieties are harmonized with the spicy part of a young cabernet sauvignon.
Manual harvest at optimum time of phenolic ripening. Stored at 4 ºc for 24 hs before crushing. Clusters were hand-sorted in the vineyard and in the winery. Each varietal fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 26 ºc. Ageing in stainless steel.
The red fruit of the syrah and merlot varieties are harmonized with the spicy part of a young cabernet sauvignon so that during the reductive aging in stainless and without the influence of the oak, show the side of a younger, cheerful and easy priorat entry level. The stainless rounds and softens the three varieties and maintains his juvenile character.
